If you are running low on your medication, you may be due for an office visit.

Some pharmacies may be able to extend your prescription until you are able to make an appointment.

Please call your pharmacy if you need a renewal (allow 48 hours notice).

Please note, there is a $15 charge for prescriptions renewed by phone or fax.

Monday to Wednesday: 9:30 am - Noon and 1 pm - 4 pm

Thursdays: 9:30 am - Noon and 1 pm - 3 pm

Office closed Fridays.
